Every project is quoted on its own scope and confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts. Third-party subscriptions (e.g. your Shopify plan), paid apps, premium integrations, photography, extensive data preparation and large migrations are quoted separately. Monthly care plans
A website is worth more when it's looked after. Once you're live, choose the level of ongoing support your site needs. Care plans are optional, rolling monthly, quoted on the site they cover, and can be changed or cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Core Care

What counts as an amendment
Small content, design and configuration changes to existing pages — text, images, prices, minor layout tweaks — within your monthly allowance.
What's not included
New pages, new features, redesigns and custom development are quoted separately as project work. No plan includes unlimited development.
Allowance & rollover
Support is subject to an agreed monthly allowance. Unused time does not roll over unless we've agreed it in writing.
Response & terms
Target response is the next working day (priority on Commerce and Partner). Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice, no minimum term. Platform and third-party app fees are separate.
