Who we are

This website is operated by Coreframe (the trading name of Hayden Steer), based in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. We design and build websites, Shopify stores and connected systems for growing UK businesses. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, telephone number, website and a description of your project. Depending on the enquiry, this may also include your current platform, approximate number of products, your accounting and inventory software, required integrations, expected timeframe and budget range, and any additional information you add. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to understand what you need, to prepare a proposal, and — if you go on to work with us — to provide our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent when you submit the enquiry form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries. Where you ask us to prepare a proposal or begin work, we also process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for no longer than necessary — typically up to 24 months after our last contact with you — unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal, accounting or contractual obligation, after which we delete it.

Who processes your data for us

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers who process information on our behalf under their own terms and data-protection commitments. These include Shopify, which hosts this website; our email provider, through which enquiries reach us; and website analytics, which we use to understand how the site is used.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses essential cookies needed for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the site functions.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and — where applicable — to data portability.
